The Middletown Public Library prepares young adult patrons to become self-directed lifelong learners who have a love of reading and who are confident, ethical users of information and technology. We support equality of access to the full range of library materials and services, including existing and emerging information and communication technologies, for young adults.

The Middletown Public Library seeks to maintain a strong library connection with young adults through a spirit of communication and cooperation with the community and its schools, organizations and other agencies.
